Get Qualified 

It is by no means mandatory to obtain a degree or other qualification in business before you start your own, and many highly successful entrepreneurs have bypassed the educational part of things and simply launched their business. Unfortunately, there are plenty of other business owners who have not been quite so successful because, as interesting as learning as you go might be, it does mean that being proactive is much more difficult, and not being proactive can ultimately lead to failure.

Although being an intern is a lot of hard work and isn’t always paid very well (and sometimes not at all), if you can take this step, you will be in the best place to learn as much as you can about running a business. 

Once your internship is over, you will feel a lot more confident in setting up on your own. Of course, there will be some ethical and legal agreements to put in place so that you don’t poach any clients, but other than this, you are free to use all the knowledge you have gained to make the most of your new business.
