The Miss Globe 2019 coronation finale took place at the Holiday Villages Montenegro in Ulcinj and was broadcast live on RTCG Portal, RTK, MTV and RTSH Radio Televizioni Shqiptar.

Miss Globe 2019 – Alejanda Diaz De Leon Soler of Mexico
1st runner-up – Carla Jean Lares of Trinidad and Tobago
2nd runner-up – Leren Mae Bautista of Philippines
3rd runner-up – Shauna Griffiths of Canada
4th runner-up – Kristýna Malírová of Czech Republic
