Links to Central State University Closings Due To Weather Conditions
Wilberforce, Ohio: Central State University closings due to freezing wind chill temperatures are rare. Only blizzard conditions or snow combined with severe wind chills could warrant closing and cancellation of classes and work.
In the event that inclement weather would cause closure, the university posted that it would use various tools to communicate the information. These tools include:

- social media (Twitter and Facebook)
- local broadcast stations – WHIO Channel 7; WDTN Channel 2; WKEF ABC 22; FOX 45
Weather-related delays occurring Monday-Friday will be communicated by 6:30 am.
To receive emergency notifications, visit CentralState.edu, click on Emergency System in the top right corner of the page and select Xenia Twp. and Brush Row Road. Then enter the University’s address. The service allows for phone, text and email messages. It is suggested that you sign up for community alerts and weather alerts.
