President Barack Obama delivered an emotional eulogy for Beau Biden, the late son of Vice President Joe Biden. The President honored Beau Biden, who died late last month from a brain tumor.
The President wept during the speech, and also drew a bit of laughter by calling Beau, ‘Joe 2.0.’
