Mariah Carey NBC Tree Lighting No-Show: Singer Apologizes To Fans
NBC executives and crew were not happy when superstar Mariah Carey showed up 3-hours late to a scheduled taped performance Tuesday night. Carey was set to perform live at NBC’s Christmas In Rockefeller Center tree-lighting ceremony Wednesday night.
Reports are saying that Carey was kicked out of the show. However, according to TMZ, Mariah Carey will be performing live after all.
Mariah tweeted about the ordeal Wednesday afternoon, writing, “Last night’s situation was beyond my control. I apologize to all that showed up, you know that I would never want to disappoint you.”
