Jerzy Janowicz Meltdown. One thing was certain on Wimbledon 2013 quarterfinal game between Jerzy Janowicz and Lukasz Kubot: Poland saw first ever men’s Grand Slam semifinalist. Janowicz claimed the spot with a straight sets win over his fellow countryman, and his ensuing reaction is everything we love about sports.

Janowicz, playing in only his fifth Slam tournament, rode 30 aces to the win. Following match point, he embraced Kubot before swapping shirts with his opponent and collapsing into tears.

He’ll faced Andy Murray in the semi and lost.
