Ohio Church Shooting Kills One Man

A 25-year-old man shot and killed his 52-year-old father just outside the doors of the Hiawatha Church off of Station Avenue in Ashtabula, Ohio on Easter Day, 2013.

The shooting occurred around 1:15 p.m. Sunday and the suspect was already taken into custody.

“People pushed me into a back office and said, `Somebody’s here with a gun,”‘ said the Rev. David Howard Jr. “The guy was outside hollering and acting crazy.”
