It is Groundhog Day 2013. The famous Staten Island Chuck groundhog issued his weather prediction this Saturday morning, February 2 at the Staten Island Zoo in West Brighton. According to Chuck, Spring is coming.
“Wake up Chuck,” the crowd roared. “”I want it to be spring.”
Punxustaney Phil, the groundhog from Pennsylvania, also predicted an early Spring.
