$270K Corvette Sold At Auction In Scottsdale, Arizona (Photo, Video)

While George W. Bush’s Ford F-150 sold for $300,000 at Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona on Friday, a 1958 Chevrolet Corvette was sold for $270,000.

Sale of the car went to Habitat for Humanity, which will use the money to rehabilitate a neighborhood close to GM’s headquarters.

The 1958 Chevrolet Corvette was rare as there were only 9,100 Corvettes built for that year.
