EMI Publishing claims the copyright ownership of the ‘I Have a Dream’ speech video clip. Any posting of the video on video sharing sites, EMI is ready to take it down.

Internet freedom advocates Fight For The Future and have been posting the footage on any site they can. They ask that everyone shares this video footage of the Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech:
