Barbara Walters Hospitalized After Fall and Head Injury

Legendary TV host icon, Barbara Walters, is reported to have been hospitalized after she fell at the inauguration party of Britain’s ambassador to the United States, Peter Westmacott’s home in Washington on Saturday.

The 83-year-old veteran ABC newswoman suffered a cut on her forehead, said ABC News spokesman Jeffrey Schneider.

There is no specific date when Walters would be released from the hospital.
