Event Details
The 2nd International Seminar and QS MasterClass is brought to you by QS Asia Quacquarelli Symonds, with organising partner Mahasarakham University in collaboration with Guangxi University for Nationalities, University of the Free State, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and University of the Philippines Diliman.

Dates: 2 to 3 March 2012 (Friday – Saturday)
Venue: JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok, Thailand
Theme: Globalising Higher Education in Thailand and Asia

Objective and Target: The call for internationalisation of universities and higher education institutes is not only a choice, but a need motivated by the global social political changes. In the past international students’ recruitment was an activity exercised by few elite institution with an international approach especially in the Anglo-Saxon countries but today it becomes essential to continue attracting national and international students everywhere. Even national students ask for universities with international commitments and programmes, as they want to face post-graduate appointments especially related to international placement and work related exchanges.

It is also a valuable opportunity to network, exchange ideas, strengthen existing partnerships and foster new collaborations!
