Oprah Winfrey Show Tapes Finale Episode

After 25 years, the Oprah Winfrey Show tapes its finale episode with a flood of biggest celebrities attending! Some of the stars present are Aretha Franklin, retired basketball superstar Michael Jordan, Tom Hanks, Jerry Seinfeld, Jamie Foxx, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Patti LaBelle.

“You always had the power, and that is the message you brought into our lives,” Tom Cruise said to Winfrey.

Oprah was teary-eyed her during the farewell double-episode taping that will precede her finale.

Free tickets for today’s taping were distributed via lottery after more than 154,000 fans applied. It will air on May 23 and 24, before the last-ever show airs on May 25.
