Polar Bear Plunge Schedule 2011
Join us for the 15th Anniversary MSP Polar Bear Plunge where, for just $50 in pledges, Plunge participants take a quick dip in the Chesapeake Bay to raise funds for Special Olympics Maryland, the state’s largest year-round organization devoted to sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Anyone can participate! (Under 18 requires parent or guardian signature.)

* 8:00 AM – Polar Express Shuttle begins/Registration Open and park open to general public

* 11:30 AM – Costume Contest – Plunge One, Individual & Group
* 12:00 PM – Plunge Zone closes to spectators/Costume Contest begins
* 12:30 PM – Maryland Lottery Game on Stage
* 12:35 PM – Plunge Birthday Celebration
* 12:40 PM – “Taking the Plunge” performance by Thomas Ray (2 mins. long)
* 12:45 PM – Pre-Plunge Stage Stuff – VIP intros, announcements, etc.
