Thousands of runners joined the 2010 Rock ‘n’ Roll San Antonio Marathon on downtown Sunday morning.

Rock and Roll Marathon San Antonio 2010 Results (Men):
– Edward Tabut was the winner with a time of 2:17:04

– Paul Ngeny finished second in an unofficial 2:21:56

– Keith Pierce finished in 2:23:15 to round out the top three

Rock and Roll Marathon San Antonio 2010 Results (Women):

– Everlyne Lagat of Kenya finished first with an unofficial time of 2:42:43

– Elizabeth Malesich of San Antonio crossed in second at 2:53:08

– Emily Loeffler, also of San Antonio, finished third in 2:54:18
