Rock and Roll Marathon San Diego Results 2010 on Live Cam

The 2010 Rock and Roll Marathon San Diego on Sunday, June 6, will bring more than 30,000 runners. Marathon has a total prize purse of more than $155,000, according to the Competitor Group. The men’s and women’s marathon champions will each receive $25,000.

Proceeds from the race benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
