TV host and comedian Drew Carey surprised everyone at a private party in Los Angeles with his dramatic weight loss. Drew Carey said has has lost around 80 pounds in just months.
“No carbs,” he said. “I have cheated a couple times, but basically no carbs, not even a cracker. No bread at all. No pizza, nothing. No corn, no beans, no starches of any kind. Egg whites in the morning or like, Greek yogurt, cut some fruit.”
Carey also said he drinks nothing but water and does lots of cardio. He used to have type II diabetes but no longer.

always nice to see people care about their health
I’m happy for Drew and you can see there’s a huge difference, but really extreme diets rarely work, and people who lose weight that way don’t usually keep the weight off. Also, cutting out carbs completely can be detrimental to your health.
