This is Bret Michaels first appearance on TV after he was hospitalized and was in a serious condition for subarachnoid hemorrhage. Bret Michaels appeared live via satellite on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” on Wednesday, May 19, and discussed his medical emergency and recovery.

“I don’t know what the reason is just yet,” he told Oprah of why he got a second chance at life. “Whatever or whomever blessed me, whatever guardian angel I had when I think of all the crazy, crazy things I’ve done in my life, I’m just very thankful to be here.”
