Syttende Mai Celebration is May 17

The Norwegian Syttende Mai is May 17 but the celebration is always in the weekend closest to May 17th each year. The Syttende Mai was held last May 14 to 16, 2010 in Stoughton, Wisconsin, which the place is known for.
