Spartacus Blood and Sand Season 2 Postponed – Prequel Soon

The Spartacus Blood and Sand season 1 finale was so very bloody. Amazingly done! The episode titled “Kill them All” indeed was about the gladiators going into a revolution and killing everyone, including Quintus Lentulus Batiatus and his wife.

If you are like me hoping to see Spartacus Blood and Sand Season 2, we might be disappointed — Spartacus Blood and Sand Season 2 postponed for reasons of Andy Whitfield’s (Spartacus) health. Andy Whitfield has been diagnosed with early-stage non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a type of rare cancer. Read the previous post here.

But don’t worry, Starz is developing a six-episode prequel to Spartacus: Blood and Sand.
