Bridge to Terabithia will be presented April 2 to 18 at The Rose with performances each Friday at 7 p.m., and each Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. The show will run 75 minutes without intermission.

Alienated by his family and the culture of rural Virginia, Jesse is desperate to become something special. Leslie, a new girl from the city, introduces him to a world of imagination, and together they create Terabithia – a fantasy kingdom where they are safe from those who don’t understand them. When tragedy strikes, Jesse must find strength in the magic of Terabithia and the courage to face the future without his best friend.
