Judge Sonia Sotomayor is now Supreme Court justice Sonia Sotomayor. She was sworn in as the 111th U.S. Supreme Court justice today. Sotomayor, 55, is the first Hispanic justice and only the third woman in the Supreme court’s 220-year history.
