Simon Biles proved once again that she is the most decorated American gymnast by getting her sixth United States national all-around championship gold medal at the 2019 U.S. National Gymnastics Championships (2013–16, 2018, 2019) Senior Women category held at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Sunisa Lee got the silver medal, while Grace McCallum got the bronze.
