Why Did Adam Levine Quit The Voice?
In the coming season of The Voice, expect not to see Adam Levine. Adam, who has been a coach of the show for 16 straight seasons, has decided not to come back for the 17th. Carson Daly made the announcement on the Today Show this morning that Gwen Stefani would be taking Adam’s place.
Blake Shelton took to twitter to comment on Adam’s departure. “Having a hard time wrapping my head around @adamlevine not being at @NBCTheVoice anymore. After 16 seasons that changed both of ours lives. I only found out about this yesterday and it hasn’t set in on me yet. Gonna miss working with that idiot.”After 16 seasons, @adamlevine has decided to leave @NBCTheVoice and @gwenstefani will take his place in the chair for season 17! pic.twitter.com/dpsb0qhqZu
