Philippines and China Sign New Mutual Agreements During Belt and Road Forum

Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China witness the signing and exchange of several agreements at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, China on April 25, 2019.

Among the Philippine-China agreements signed during the ceremony include the Exchange of Letters on Production Capacity and Investment Capacity and the Handover Certificate of the Dangerous Drugs Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers Project between the two countries.

Pres. Duterte, together with the official delegation of the Government of the Philippines, holds a bilateral meeting with Pres. Jinping on the sidelines of the 2nd Belt and Road Forum (BRF) for International Cooperation.
