Black Summer Season 2 Release Date

Will Netflix Black Summer series be renewed? Will there be Black Summer season 2? The apocalyptic drama debuted on April 2019. The story is about a mother who has to do everything to find her daughter amidst a deadly summer of a zombie apocalypse.

Black Summer cast includes stars Jaime King, Justin Chu Cary, Kelsey Flower, Gwynyth Walsh, Christine Lee, Mustafa Alabssi, Erika Hau, Sal Velez, Jr., Edsson Morales, Aidan Fink, and Kash Hill.

When is Black Summer Release Date?

As of mid-April 2019, Netflix has not released any update yet of whether or not Black Summer gets the green light for renewal. If it does get one and filming starts this summer, we could expect a second season by Spring 2020. We will keep you updated for possible season 2.
