Have you ever wondered why you aren’t seeing the categories you want while browsing Netflix? That is because Netflix only suggests a few categories for you among all the hundreds that are available.  In short, there are hundreds of secret categories and secret Netflix codes hidden somewhere that you just do not know.

For example, you may search for “Animation” movies, but the truth is you could actually search for “Adult Animation”, “Anime Action”, “Anime Comedies”, “Anime Dramas” specifically, to narrow down results. All you need are the codes.

To access specific genres, you need to have the following URL format: www.netflix.com/browse/genre/XYZ (where “XYZ” represents the code).  As an example, for “Anime Action” the code is 2653.  So the URL would look like this www.netflix.com/browse/genre/2653.
