Comments on Miss Universe Non-English Speaking Contestants From Miss USA, Colombia, and Australia Get Flak
Not everyone is happy when a video surfaced with Miss USA, Miss Colombia, and Miss Australia commenting on other Miss Universe candidates who couldn’t speak English.
The video that has become viral was from the Instagram Live session of Miss Colombia Valeria Morales that also showed Miss USA Sarah Rose Summer and Miss Australia Frances Hung answering a question about Miss Vietnam H’Hen Nie. In the video you’d hear Miss USA said “She’s so cute and she pretends to know so much English, and you ask her a question and after having a whole English conversation with her, she goes —” and then laughed.
“She’s adorable,” she then added.
