Strong 7.0 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Alaska, Tsunami Warning Issued
A strong 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit Anchorage, Alaska, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The earthquake occurred about 7.5 miles north of Anchorage, USGS reported. A tsunami warning was issued but it was later canceled.
