Hidilyn Diaz Wins First 2018 Asian Games Gold For Philippines

Filipino Weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz won the first gold in the 2018 Asian Games for her country Philippines. She lifted 92 kilograms in the snatch and 115 kilograms in the clean and jerk at Jakarta International Expo Hall A in Indonesia on Tuesday.

Turkeminstan’s Kristina Shermetova got the silver and Thailand’s Surodchana Khambao won the bronze.
