Netflix recently released a Belgian series “Hotel Beau Séjour” for U.S. viewers. It is a crime drama that revolves in the murder of a girl named Kato Hoeven (Lynn Van Royen). The 10-episode drama opened in its scene with Kato waking up in Hotel Beau and finding her own dead body in the bathtub? Who brutally killed Kato? What happened the night before her death?

What is unique about the story is that, although Kato is dead, five people aka “seers” could still see and hear her.

Was Kato killed by her ex-boyfriend? or her friends? or maybe her family?
