no magic…the bowl has a micro scale and new exactly how many jelly beans were in the bowl before and after some were taken out,and the woman has a micro hearing aid in her ear and someone backstage or somewhere close told her the remaining weight and she did the math and came up with 22,,,,oh and the chalk board well that wasn’t really a chalk board ,it was a plasma tv programed to look like a chalkboard and everything was typed in as the performance was taking place,,,,,,,sorry to burst your bubble
