Target OCD Sweater Offends Some Consumers

Some consumers are not happy with what Target has come out for its T-Shirt design. Target is taking heat for a sweater that bears the text: “OCD. Obsessive Christmas Disorder.” Some people think that Target is making fun of the mental illness.
