Floriza R. Rivera: Alleged Philpost Office Employee Video Goes Viral

The power of social media is really changing how things work these days when it comes to exposing the wrongdoing of public employees.

A new video is now going viral showing a certain Floriza R. Rivera, who’s been identified online as a Philpost office employee, allegedly overcharging a Philpost customer. According to the posting, at first the customer was asked to pay P3097 ($66) before he could claim his package with contents worth $300. After a while, the amount went down to P1500 ($32) then finally to P1400 ($30). When the customer got the receipt, only P100 ($2) was written on it.

Isang box na nagkakahalaga ng $300, pinatawan ng P3097 tax. ( bakit nung nagpadala samin sa Lopez, Quezon province, P40 lng binayaran namin?)

At ganito ang sinabi ng tauhan ng post office, matapos buksan at halungkatin ang box, anlaki dw ng babayaran ko. Bumalik na lang daw ako. Bibigyan daw nya ako ng discount.

Bumalik ako after 1 week. P1500 na lang daw. Wala daw resibo un. Medyo naawa. P1400 lng tinanggap.

Binigyan ako ng resibo. P100 lng nakalagay na binayaran ko.

Malinaw na kickback nya ung P1400.

Saan ba may post office na nagbibigay ng discount?

Hindi na ako nakipagtalo kasi kinukunan ko siya ng video.
