Will Yogurt Turn Into Ice Like Frozen Yogurt?

Someone sent a question — will yogurt turn into ice when left in the freeze for days? The answer is YES.

I bought a cheap Walmart yogurt and put it in the fridge. It was not even in the freezer, but just kept it in the fridge for days.

When I finally opened it, the topmost part has turned into ice crystals.
