Boston Marathon Bomber Sentence: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to Death by Lethal Injection
The bomber of the 2013 Boston Marathon explosion, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 21, has been sentenced on Friday. The seven-woman, five-man jury announced the decision, sentencing Tsarnaev to a death penalty for the April 15, 2013 attack that killed three people and injured 264.
The April 15, 2013, bombing was one of the worst terror attacks in the United States since Sept. 11, 2001.
