James Franco Seth Rogen “The Interview” Threats Force Show Cancellation
James Franco Seth Rogen “The Interview” threats by hackers that were sent to SONY, has forced the two actors to cancel the planned press appearances set for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Representatives for Sony Pictures, which is distributing “The Interview,” were not immediately available to comment.
The threats were reportedly released by the “Guardians of Peace.” Part of the note that was sent to SONY read, “We will clearly show it to you at the very time and places ‘The Interview’ be shown, including the premiere, how bitter fate those who seek fun in terror should be doomed to.”
The film’s New York premiere is set for Thursday.
