At 4:00 AM today, 03 November 2014, the eye of Typhoon “PAENG” was located based on all available data at 1,135 km East of Tuguegarao City (18.0ºN, 132.4ºE), with maximum sustained winds of 205 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 240 kph. It is forecast to move north northeast at 13 kph. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
