Rosemarie Catidral: The Girl Who Wants To Pay To Get Pregnant?

Is this true that an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) girl is willing to pay P20,000 to a boy who can get her pregnant? Social media identified her as Rosemarie Catidral aka Shane Marie Gamboa. She wanted to meet and have sex with a man when she goes back to the Philippines.
