WZZM 13 School Closings and Delays. Another blast of Arctic air spills south with bitterly cold air for the next several days. Strong winds will drive wind chills into the dangerous territory with light snow and blowing snow, canceling flights, closing schools and making driving treacherous for early morning commuters.
