Is Facebook Closing Down March 15, 2014

So is Facebook really shutting down on March 15, 2014? A message has been circulating on Facebook saying that the giant social media will close down because it is already overpopulated.

This message if fake. It is not true that Facebook will shut down on March 15, 2014. This rumor has been existing since 2011.
