A tornado hit Cebu Philippines on November 4, 2013, late Monday evening. The tornado hit areas of Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu cities in Cebu province, Philippines.
“So far only minor injuries reported. Some damage to property,” Cebu Rep. Gabriel Luis Quisumbing said on his Twitter account.
