Maybe Billy Ray Cyrus did not mind seeing her daughter Miley Cyrus gyrating at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. While most people were disgusting of Miley’s lewd gestures during her performance, Billy Ray tweeted her support, saying “Thanking God for so many blessings tonight. Continue to pray for world peace. More love …less hate.”
