The 76-year-old John Henry Spooner has been found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide in the fatal shooting of his neighbor 13-year-old Darius Simmons. The shooting occurred in May 2012.
A video that captured the shooting has been used as evidence in the trial.
Graphic video: After a short argument, the man in the video waves the gun around before he shoots Simmons in the chest. Simmons manages to flee outside the scope of the camera before dying.
