Bullying Parent Fines Could Be Over $100 In Wisconsin Town

The town of Monona in Wisconsin has passed an ordinance making bullying a $114 fine for the parents of the bullying child.

The parents of the bullying kid would first get a warning before being fined of over $100 dollars per offense. The city attorney says it’??s the last resort for situations where parents of bullying kids refuse to work with police.
