Cop Photo Goes Viral As Police Delivers Free Milk

Kudos to Brookline police officer John Bradley for his kindness and generosity. When a family could not go out of the house to buy milk as Boston was on lockdown for the intense manhunt of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Officer Bradley took the initiative to deliver free milk to the family who has a 17-month-old son.

During the lockdown, the boy’s grandmother, who was visiting from Colorado, left the house to ask the officer if he could grab some milk for the young couple.

“It just meant the world that he literally went out and got two gallons of milk,” McKenzie Wells, the boy’s mother, told Today.com. “We wanted to pay him, but he wouldn’t take money from us. He was just so generous.”

The photo has now gone viral and has been shared more than 100,000 times on Facebook.

Here is the photo taken by Kevin Wells, the father of the 17-month-old boy.
