1985 Message In A Bottle Lands Ashore After 28 Years

From Canada to Crotia, and 28 years of sailing the seas.  That is how long the 1985 message in a bottle took to be found ashore.

A man from Canada wrote to a woman named Mary this, “Mary, you really are a great person. I hope we can keep in correspondence. I said I would write. Your friend always, Jonathon, Nova Scotia, 1985,” said the message, which the daily carried in English.

Croatian newspaper Dubrovack Vjesnik said on its website on Wednesday that the bottle with the message inside was found by surfers cleaning the beach for debris.
