Starbucks Cutting Prices? Yes, Starting May 10
Yes, your fave Starbucks is cutting prices starting May 10. The price cut applies to its bags of coffee sold in grocery stores. According to the report, the $1-per-bag discount represents a 10 percent discount on its eponymous beans, a 12.5 percent drop on its cheaper Seattle’s Best brand.
The 12-ounce bags of its whole and ground coffee will be $8.99, down from $9.99. The list price of its Seattle’s Best coffee will also be slashed to $6.99 a bag, from $7.99.
The cut does not affect the price of Starbucks coffee in its cafes.
Also, starting next month, Starbucks is also letting customers earn points on its loyalty program from buying its bagged coffee.
