Serial Killer Head Of Victim Identified To Be From Heidi Balch

On Wednesday, police finally identified the head of the woman that was found 25 years ago on a New Jersey golf course. They believe that the woman was the first victim of a notorious Long Island serial killer.

Authorities said that it was from prostitute Heidi Balch, the first victim of Joel Rifkin in 1989.
