Second Sinkhole Appears in Florida Close To First One

It is at the 1200 block of Cedar Key lane, about two miles from the one that opened up under a home last week, killing a man inside.

The view from SkyFox showed the sinkhole is underneath a fence, which is slightly buckled.

FOX 13’s Stef DiPietrantonio reported from the scene that the hole appeared about 12 feet wide and three feet deep.

There are houses on both sides of the sinkhole; one is not currently occupied.

So far, there are no reports of structural damage, or danger to anyone in the area.
